Can you engrave my own item if I bring it in?
In most cases, yes! We can engrave items purchased elsewhere, provided the material is suitable for our engraving machinery. Bring your item into our shop in the Eyre Square Centre, and our team will assess it for you.
How long does the engraving process take?
For standard items like pet tags, keyrings, or simple plaques, we can often complete the service while you wait or within the same day. For larger trophy orders or complex designs, we will provide you with a specific timeframe.
